So how many of you have had a common cold, the flu, a sore throat, etc? Probably about 100% of you have experienced at least one of these at some point in your life. No they are not fun, but it is part of life. Now to the famous question, “How did you get that?”. Listen detective…….I DON’T KNOW!!!!!!!!! Look we are humans living our best life and we encounter germs everywhere we go. Your cell phone is dirty, especially if you take it with you to poop. Just saying. The dirtiest place in an airport in the bin where you have to put all your belongings as they go through the security screening process. Look sometimes as humans we are programmed to say stuff like Bless You when someone sneezes, or thank you when someone holds the door for us, but when we are ill and someone asks, “How did you get that”, I just want to scream and say I don’t know I do not walk around with a freaking germ detector so that I know each time I encounter a germ that may or may not have given me my current ailment. Let’s shift to saying, “Wow that sucks I hope you feel better soon”, or “Wow is there anything I can do for you while you are feeling under the weather”. Let’s work at saying things that are relevant rather than the most ridiculous question ever.
